Vocal Artistry performs as an outreach of the music ministry of First Baptist Church.  To become a greater presence in the community, you have an opportunity to fund this ministry for programming, promotional materials, our accompanist, musicians, and operational expenses including the purchase of music.

It is difficult to separate the purpose of making music from the purpose of helping our neighbors, since the marriage of the two seems so well-suited.  The choice to tackle many social issues rather than just one, stems from the variety of musical selections germane to the many needs we see in society today.  Pursuant to that spirit, our choral music addresses the spectrum of humankind’s ills, seeking to first enlighten, to arouse compassion, then to inspire action.
